Job Summary

Property Genie is a fast-growing prop-tech startup in the property listing ecommerce platform industry. We are seeking a Marketing Content Specialist to join our growing team. As a Marketing Content Specialist, you will play a critical role in creating and executing marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement for our platform. You will be responsible for developing high-quality content that speaks to our target audience and resonates with our brand messaging.

Job Responsibilities

• Create, edit and publish compelling content, including blog posts, social media content, video scripts, email marketing campaigns, and other marketing collateral.

• Develop content that drives awareness, engagement, and acquisition for Property Genie.

• Work with the Marketing team to define the messaging and positioning of our brand and product offerings.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights to create and develop content for a variety of channels.

• Contribute to the development of content strategies and campaigns that support business objectives and drive growth.

• Identify and stay up-to-date on market trends and the competitive landscape.

• Continuously measure and optimize content performance based on data and insights.

• Provide ongoing support for other Marketing initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, or related fields.

• Excellent writing/copywriting and editing skills with the ability to write for various audiences.

• Experience with content creation for a variety of channels, including social media, email marketing, blogs, and video scripts.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools.

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong English with good writing abilities, Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related fields.
