Product Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Property Genie is a fast-growing prop-tech startup in the property listing ecommerce platform industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Marketing Manager with ecommerce platform product experience to join our team. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's product marketing strategy and overseeing the marketing function. You will work closely with the rest of the marketing team to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy.

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products and features.

• Lead the product marketing roadmap, create product requirements and user stories for new features and enhancements.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to formulate product marketing strategies and overall marketing campaigns.

• Develop product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies that resonate with target audiences to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product and marketing alignment.

• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute marketing initiatives.

• Monitor product performance and sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to optimize product performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.

• At least 4 years of experience in marketing with a focus on ecommerce platform products.

• Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

• Experience in ecommerce platform product management.

• Experience managing and leading a team.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving & data-driven analytical thinking skills.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner

• Experience in the property or real estate industry is a plus.
