槟城、吉隆坡市中心（KLCC）、吉隆坡的Mont' Kiara以及柔佛州的Iskandar Malaysia地区的房地产项目预计将取得更多受益，这些地区通常是外国买家购房的热门选择。
此外，政府还计划引入一些新的政策和激励措施，以吸引更多的高影响投资，这也将对房地产市场产生积极的影响。
随着电子与电气（E&E）行业的快速发展，政府计划在霹雳北部的Kerian地区设立高科技工业区。
这一举措预计将促进该地区周边的房地产市场增长，未来一到两年内，一些开发商预计将探索在该地区收购土地的机会。
关于当地房地产市场的销售表现，RHB研究认为有一些因素将在推动房地产销售额方面发挥作用。
这些因素概括了疫情后的潜在需求；工业地需求的增加，这表明新的私人投资和基础设施建设的增加，包括快速交通系统（RTS）、可能的第三高速铁路（MRT3）和高速铁路（HSR）。
RHB研究表明也对Iskandar Malaysia的房地产市场充满信心，最近报道称，通过两个陆路边境口岸，柔佛长堤（Tambak Johor）和马新第二通道（Laluan Kedua Malaysia-Singapura），使用马来西亚-新加坡陆路通道的旅客人数预计将以每年15%的速度增长。
预计到2025年，每日的过境旅客数量将从今年的估计值372,000人增加到430,000人。
他还表示，政府已经拨款1.69亿令吉，以采取措施缓解边境入境拥堵问题。
"我们预计有关新柔经济特区（SEZ）的公告，将进一步推动人们对柔佛州有关的房地产感兴趣，因为跨境流量的增加是外商直接投资（FDI）的主要驱动力。
