大马房地产展览 MAPEX 11月柔州开办

马来西亚房地产发展商会（REHDA）柔佛州分会主席王文郎在今天的记者会上表示，尽管冠病疫情的影响尚未完全消退，但仍有不少开发商积极推出新项目，以刺激市场。
他指出，这些新项目的销售表现良好，对房产市场来说是一个积极的迹象。
王文郎是在发布柔佛州2023年下半年马来西亚产业展（MAPEX）的相关信息时做出上述表示。
他强调，柔佛州的经济发展蓬勃，不仅吸引外资，还设立了金融特区和柔新经济特区，以模仿深圳的成功，这将对房地产行业产生积极影响。
他还表示：“随着马新捷运系统的启用，将加速柔佛和新加坡之间的人口流动效率，新山市的面貌将发生改变。”
出席记者会的人员包括产业展筹委会主席亚利、该分会副会长陈伶俐、理事陈贵涛、萧福华和阿都拉萨。
柔佛房地产发展商会将于11月17日（星期五）至19日（星期日），在新山城中坊举办柔州产业展（MAPEX），展示各类房产，总价值超过62亿令吉。
活动由马来西亚房地产发展商会（REHDA）举办，该协会以房产展览会而闻名，已经成功策划了过去20年的马来西亚房产博览会（MAPEX）系列活动。并且继续传承MAPEX的精神，并诚挚邀请所有开发商，包括REHDA会员和非会员，将他们的产品汇聚在一个全国性的活动中展示。
MAPEX将成为政府机构、私人开发商以及金融机构的一站式中心，以在一个地方推广他们的产品和套餐。购房者将能够寻求建议并做出明智的决策，除了从市场上提供的各种房产选择中进行选择。
