PropertyGenie.com.my User and Agent Campaign Terms and Conditions

By using the service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Interpreation

1.1. In these Campaign Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Campaign" refers to the user and agent campaign organized by Property Genie Sdn Bhd.

• "PropertyGenie" refers to Property Genie Sdn Bhd, a company incorporated under the laws of Malaysia.

• "Real Estate Agent" refers to licensed real estate agents participating in the Campaign.

2. Campaign Description

2.1. The Campaign allows users and agents to input property information into the PropertyGenie portal. PropertyGenie will assign a licensed real estate agent to provide advice and information related to the user's property. This advice may include indicative market valuation, market situation, and market conditions.

3. Limitations and Liability

3.1. Property Genie Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any advice provided by real estate agents in this Campaign. Any advisory services offered through this Campaign are solely for informational purposes, and PropertyGenie does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any such advice. PropertyGenie shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by any party as a result of the advice provided by the real estate agent.

4. No Fees

4.1. There will be no fees charged to users or agents for the advice provided in this Campaign. Real estate agents participating in this Campaign will not charge any fees to provide advice to users.

5. Transaction Fees

5.1. If any property transaction occurs after receiving advice through this Campaign, it will be subject to the real estate agent's fees as described by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEP).

6. Governing Law

6.1. These Campaign Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

7. Modifications and Termination

7.1. PropertyGenie reserves the right to modify or terminate this Campaign at its discretion. Notice of any modifications or termination will be posted on the PropertyGenie website.

8. Sharing of Information

8.1. By participating in this Campaign, users and agents consent to PropertyGenie sharing their information with licensed real estate agents or third parties that provide services required for this Campaign. This includes sharing property information and contact details for the purpose of providing advice and information.

9. Relationship with Terms of Use

9.1. These User and Agent Campaign Terms and Conditions shall be read together with and are supplemental to the Terms of Use of www.propertygenie.com.my. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Campaign terms and the Terms of Use, the provisions of these Campaign terms shall prevail solely to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency.

10. Severability

10.1. If any provision of these Campaign Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Campaign Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Waiver

11.1. No waiver of any provision of these Campaign Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

12. Notices

12.1. All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the Malaysia mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:
