什么是eRumah Johor？
eRumah Johor 是柔佛州的线上房屋申请系统，旨在为低收入和中等收入的柔佛州居民提供价格合理的可负担房屋选择。通过该系统，您可以申请多种类型的柔佛州可负担房屋，具体取决于您的收入资格。
该系统由柔佛州秘书长办公室（SUKJ房屋部）管理，为合格的申请人提供了一个便捷的平台来实现拥有梦想家园的目标。
申请条件
柔佛可负担房屋（RMB）
- 申请人需为年满18岁的马来西亚公民，并在柔佛居住至少10年
- 家庭收入需在RM4,000至RM10,000之间，具体取决于房屋类型
- 单身和已婚人士均可申请，每对夫妻只能提交一份申请
- 对于有多名妻子的申请人，申请需以妻子名义提交
- 如果已拥有柔佛可负担房屋（RKR）超过10年，可申请第二套房屋
- 申请者在柔佛州只能拥有一间商店，且不能拥有某些类型的房产
- 注册有效期为两年
土著保留地（Lot Bumiputera）
- 申请人需为年满18岁的马来西亚公民，且为土著
- 单身和已婚人士均可申请
- 非土著不可申请
人民住房计划（PPR）租赁
- 申请人需为年满18岁的马来西亚公民，并已婚（寡妇、鳏夫以及特定情况下有赡养责任的50岁以上单身人士可被考虑）
- 不能拥有房产或住在政府宿舍
- 申请人需无犯罪记录
- 若非柔佛出生者，需在柔佛居住满10年
- 家庭收入不得超过RM4,000

1. 访问eRumah Johor官方网站：https://erumah.johor.gov.my/
2. 注册个人账户
3. 填写申请人信息
4. 重新登录账户并更新资料
5. 选择您心仪的房屋项目
申请状态查询
- 在eRumah Johor门户网站的“查询”栏输入申请人身份证号码
- 登录eRumah Johor账户，在“状态”页面查看申请进度

RM1,000 购房补助券
通常情况下，购买低成本房屋的买家需要承担约RM2,000的额外费用，包括买卖协议费用、印花税、水电押金等。为减轻买家的经济负担，柔佛州政府特此提供RM1,000的购房补助券。
